Order Tracking

While the exact “Track Order” page can sometimes be found in the header or footer of the website, here is the breakdown of how to monitor your delivery:

1. Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after placing your order, check your inbox for an Order Confirmation. This email contains your unique Order ID. You will need this ID and your Billing Email address to check the status manually on their site.

2. Dispatch Notification

Once the items leave the warehouse, you should receive a second email (or SMS) notifying you that the order has been Dispatched.

• Tracking Number: This email usually includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (e.g., Prompt Xpress, Domex, or Koombiyo).
• Processing Time: Most local orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
